My cart wont move

Hello, I have a e z go cart manufacture#D2984. I cant get it to do anything and the charger kicks off after its fully charged. Ive replace the solinoide thinking a quick fix but nluck. The cart ran fine last year and sat for 6months, now theres nothing. can I get a manual or wire diagram, something to work with. Thank Jim
