What size motor,for 19f 2in ski barge 1987

We have a ski barge , its 19ft 2in long,wow many people will it hold.and what moter size

There should be a plate located on the transom that gives the size of engine and the number of people the boat was designed for and serial # of boat this plate is required on all manufactured boats
