Having an alcoholic beverage while on predisone increases your chance for stomche ulcers. If you dont have a history of stomach problems and you dont mind possibley getting an ulcer, than I would have to say a beer at night would be fine. I definitly would not drink it to close to your dose and I would not do it regularly or have more than 1 or 2
