If she is a working women try searching her name on google, once you find the address, try searching the near by schools to locate your grandson. or Hire a detective or private investigator.

My son was in Prison in another state when she file to change his name and to take away my sons rights to being his father.. She also refused to let me see my grandson. It was her moms interference in all this. Because they have lots of money to spend on keeping my grandson away for me and his Dad. Thats why they all moved to a differnt state, the whole family moved. I reside in San Diego County,Ca and they are in Grants Pass,OR.

I would not suggest you to do to court, since her mother sounds influential but I would like you to take a legal advice of a lawyer so as to find out a way. Another option would be to humbly ask your daughter in law to atleast let you meet your grandson once in a while. Its better to see him once or twice rather than nothing at all.

In that case your son has equal right of custody of the child. DNA test reports come handy. I would suggest you to take a legal advice because I think your son might get a joint custody of the child.

She went through the court to get full costody of my grandson and change his name. I will talk to my son and see what he wants to do.. He lives in CO and is married with children now. But she is not married and still living with her parents at age 27.

I'm going to let me son know about this... But no DNA testing should have to be done...He looks just like my son ,hair ,eyes and build.
