I like a girl whos dealing with the loss of her previous boyfriend, how do I get passed that?

Theres a girl i work with, she recently moved away. Prior to her moving away I let her know how I felt about her. I've had a huge crush on her for over a year. Anyways weve been talking and she seems kinda interested except I cant get her to ever tell me what shes actually feeling or thinking. I recently found out she is still greiving over her boyfriend who passed on a few years ago..so I'm stumped on what to do know. I mean i cant force her to get over it and i would eventually like to become her boyfriend but dont think I could handle her secretly still thinking of him or wishing he was still here...what should i do?

Your best bet is to wait for her to get overhim. Otherwise, you will end up being that friend that she leans on and cries on your shoulder. You can do some friendly flirting in the meantime but avoid trying to get close to her until she is over her boyfriend.

If she doesn't have told what she actually feel or think, she probably doesn't want you in a romantic way. Just move on.

Realize that if you get involved with her, you may get your heart broken. Because she may always be thinking about him. You need to sit down with her tell her how you feel, and get her to tell you how she feels. If she doesnt want to be with you, then you need to move on. And as long as she doesnt tell you how she feels, you will never move on.
