That area is reknowned for getting a fungal infection due to the warmth, dark and moist area. Try some lotrimin or something similar twice a day for a few days and it will probably clear very quickly. Do not use the polysporin.

Anti-fungal cream, absolutely. Could be a yeast infection and talking to a pharmacist could give you some ideas. No corn starch as it can "feed" fungal infections. White cotton bra, no lace or underwires and light dusting of talc powder. Wash a few times a day with clear water and a white facecloth. Dyes are not great for irritated skin, wet ones will sting like heck! If rash/redness becomes sore or takes on bumps or the skin breaks or it starts to weep fluid then off to the doctor for a stronger and appropriate solution. Good luck and have fun on your trip.

Living down here in Coastal Mississippi, I deal with this issue alot. The important this is to keep the area under your breast clean and dry. I know easier said than done. The anti fungal cream may help and so will the cornstarch. But I found that buying a more supportive bra helped out quite abit also. When I get this redness now, i just try to keep it clean and dry. the new bra did wonders though.
