The annulment process is a pretty simple one. it takes about 2 years and there is alot of paperwork. The hardest part of the annulment for me was having to relive the horrible marriage. Go talk to your husband's priest and get the paperwork and turn it in when it is complete. sometime during the investigation you may be asked to stand infront of the tribunal. They will ask you questions that need clarification.

good luck. it is a long process but it is well worth it.
