My ex is in Indiana trying to get this dismissed. He has an attorney and they only gave me two days to get one and I just do not have the money and I was denied a continuance so I would just like some insight before I go to court tomorrow morning.

Indiana gave me emergency custody and they have always dealt with our custody issues. Kentucky upheld the judgement.
