What are my father's consequences if i were to get him in trouble for stealing my child support money and i do not live with him either? my mother has no custody.

My father refuses to give me any money from my child support. I am 17 years old. my mother lives in wisconsin and has no custody. i just would like to know if i were to call social services and tell them that i get no money from my father, i dont live with my father because he "cant handle me" , and i am sick of it if they would send him to jail for the rest of his life. i dont want to be the cause of this but i need money and my mother is trying to do the best she can even though she has no custody. my father hasnt given me any money for the past 10 years.

As long as the court order states the support is to be paid to him... you most likely would not have much luck... SRDEsq can elaborate a bit more, but that is not money for you directly but for your care... Does your father pay your health insurance? Car insurance? Feed you?
If you do not live with your father, whomever you live with will need to petition for support to come to them... The order would have to direct it to be paid to them..
Child support is not meant to be money handed to the child... but to aid in raising them.. If it is arrears being paid as well, that is for the time he did take care of you. Why would you mother not file for custody? OR petition the court herself if she knows you are not living there?
