Can I divorce my wife for adultery in Florida by first filing then announcing it in the news paper.

I would in no way shape or form do that, by law if you slander her name in frot of ten or more people you could be sued or even put into jail, so keep it out of the paper, heres the easy way out of this:

1 - get a lawyer to draft an "uncontested divorce" paper based on your wifes infidelity

2 - get your wife to sign, therefore acknowledging her infidelity and apporval to proceed with a divorce...

3 - after a judge signs the paper BAMMO! your divorced.

Now when it comes to settling things like custody and possessions that can be treated as a seperate matter and will probally take more time to settle unless you can get her to and yourself to agree on it before hand. But the divorce part is very easy...now i she makes a stink about signing the paper, fork over 750 and the judge can proceed with it irrigardless and then they will make her sign it, either way its a stress free procedure

Florida is a no fault state so it really doesn't matter who is cheating on who they dont care you could have pictures of her cheating it does not matter and if you put it in the newspaper that she is a cheater then she can sue
