Entitlement when wife left me

My wife left me 3 weeks ago unexpectedly after being married 2 years... i had the house 3 years before we married... does she have any legal stake in my home or farm ground i also had prior? She also completely took everything and cleaned out our checking acct and left me extremely over drawn all while i was gone for the afternoon.

I am sorry that happen to you but it depend on the situation. Did the both of you sign a pre-nuptial agreement, and in some states if the person leave the marriage they do not get anything. But I would advise that you go see a divorce attorney.

It depends on the state you got married in.In Texas she would be entitled to half of everything unless you had a prenuptial agreement in writing.
