Does he like me or is he playing games

Well the guy I like I met him at a college party hes very nice. We hung out a couple of times.Some of the stuff that he did made me feel uncomfortable.so i felt like he wasnt the guy i thought he was.So I decided to call him and talk to him about it.he said he didnt realize he was making me feel uncomfortable. He would lay on me and sit next to me. It made me feel uncomfortable because im a 20 year old virgin. I told him this when we had our conversation.I said to him im not like these other girls and he was like I dont have a problem with you being a virgin.I also told him that I am waiting til marriage to have sex. He said he didnt have a problem. i always have to call him he calls once in a while.When i call he calls me right back. He had hes friend ask me if i liked him because he felt as though he screwed up,when i was telling him i felt uncomfortable.i told him if he wants sex he is going to be wasting hes time hanging around me.But he just said that he doesnt mind. we wont talk during week because he has school and so do I. BUt i feel like i being played.he is still sticking around and he invited me to his pageant. I think the only reason why he invited me was to get my vote so he could win. I dont know. Like when im around him i dont neccesarly show it because i dont like putting my feelings out there. i did call him to see how he was doing he told me he was sick and i told him to feel better. He said he doesnt know what to do with me.I dont know what he met.HELP ME
