We have an disabled mother who needs with all her activities of daily living. we need to be there for her in everyway. is there a program for us to care for our mother and get payed for it

You will have to check with your state, Why would you want to get paid to take care of your mother, she took care of you, and did'nt get paid.

My family took turns caring for our mother and father for years. We all had jobs, so we rotated all of our off days. Also had one granddaughter who didn't work, so on her days we chipped in and paid her 30.00 a day so she would have some spending money.My parents loved this way, as they got to see and spend time with the whole family.
