Legally no,morally yes .You have to let yoour step a hole if he could possibly smoke out in the yard for the baby sake,if a cop happens to go by the house and they smell the weed is going to be more trouble that he and anyone in the house is going to be able to handle believe me,when it comes to baby is a different game, they could take the baby from you even do you are not the one puffing and about you moving out you have to research this very good 1.is the father going to really care about our kid when the baby starts waking him up at 3:00 in the morning,2.financially 3.relashionship,whwre it stands right now 4.are you ready to be a mom 5.remember this is not a barbie ,it cant defend or let you know he or she is uncorftable 6.are your parents puttin pressure ?
and about cleaning everybodies mess ask for a family meeting and let them know your concern and you are willing to do and what is fair in your mind and listen to everyone so they could listen to you,,,good luck sweatheart, and is always about the baby! don`t forget he did not ask to be here..

Now I'm 33, but I was actually in the exact same situation as you were, and I lived in Amarillo Texas as the time. I was 16 and pregnant and I did move in with my boyfriend. I was told that I could do this because I was considered an emancipated minor. Make a quick call to Legal Aid in your town, it is a free legal service by the state for people in your situation and let them help you with your specific situation.
Above all, do what is best for your child. Good news is, things can work out. I'm still with my high school sweetheart, 16 years later, and we have two more kiddos.
Good luck!

Look for a Second Chance Home. They provide housing and services to help teen moms take care of their child(ren) and take care of themselves. It's a really supportive environment, and it will allow you to get social services. Google it for more info. and good luck!
