My new husband has 2 businesses, 1 before our marriage 5 years ago, I don't work. Would any of the business be considered income for me?

My ex husband pays me child support. I don't work because my new husband has a 2 businesses so I get to stay home and take care of the kids, etc. From what I read legally the businesses are equally shared by spouses, and we have been married 5 years. One of the businesses was before our marriage and the other one was started recently and both are in his name. It sounds like that the business is mine too. So does that mean, my ex husband can ask the judge to disclose our business income to calculate child support?
