Question about app for qualification for public assistance in florida

My oldest daughter and her husband live in the house with my parents. His two children ages 1 and 3 live in the house also and my daughter is 7 mo pregnant. My parents are retired and on social security and are not able to support themselves as well as my youngest daughter who they adopted as well as another family of four! My oldest daughter is unemployed and my son-in-law only works part time. My parents are not able to support them but cant just put them in the street because of the children. I told them they should apply for food stamps, afdc and HUD. On the application they want all income in the home which may disqualify them how do you go about getting assistance so they can leave my parents home
