The only way you can move out if your mother sign a paper stating that you can get marry to your boyfriend and that way everything would be legal. But, just for own well being and your baby and would call the state courthouse and ask them so you can be clear. I hope this help

Yes u can .you have to take it to court you have to be able to prove that you are able to live on your own and support yourself and if you can prove that living were u are now is bad for you and your baby that will help

What a messy situation. It sounds like your step-dad is the one who should move out! It's hard to believe your MoM would allow his to smoke weed let alone have him do it around your small child! If it were me, I'd move out & turn him in! As far as watching your sisters children? That's something that's totally uP to you. If you want to help when you can great. If not, that's your decision. I think your best bet is at your young age with a child, you need to turn to social services not ONLY for some kind of assistance, but you need to get into a mentoring program so that you can get yourself on a path to better your life! It's pretty apparent that your parents haven't done such a great job, and you have made poor decisions I'm assuming due to lack of guidance....Find someone you can trust to show you the steps to take to get yourself together! Good luck & keep me posted...
