What is friendship all about?

It should be about love, advice, companionship, comprehension, happiness, sharing similar interests and enjoying. Nowadays it is indeed hard to find a good friend. Also, when you have money "friends" come from different directions. Money, unfortunately is required regardless when involving friendship. Whether they have money or you have money. I used to have alot of friends when I had money, but those were not true friends. My true friends, I have a hard time seeing them because it all requires money to get together.

True friendship means staying friends through all the trials and tribulations of life, laughing and crying together, always understanding the other person and knowing she or he understands you. True friends respect and love each other with their faults. It is the one person you are not afraid to say the whole truth to because that person will still love and understand you. And that person doesn't scold you for what you may have done. You don't need to feel worse when you already feel bad. A true friend knows that.

It is all about being there for someone. to support them, do do things with them. to give on your end of the relationship. someone to share this life experience with.

Friendship is a relationship between two people. It is a gifted bond, a love, a feeling between two people. Friendship is not selfish but giving. It is a concern that you have between you and that person. It can make you feel so good about yourself that you are so happy that you have that person. But if your friendship is giving more than the other and that person does not show respect, caring etc then you must think before caring on. Friendship is not to make the other person feel bad about theirselves but to encourage. A friend is someone you can go to when you need advice and help but not to take advantage of one another.

Friendship is not a big fire which burns all day. Its a small lamp, that burns till the last day of life.

Friendship is about a relationship with Jesus Christ. He is the only one that has ever showed real friendship by dying on the cross before we even knew Him.
God, His father gave us Jesus to die on the cross because there was a sin, communication gap between us and God. But God wanted us to be His friends. He sent Jesus to be a bridge in that gap so we could be friends with the God who loves us and created us to be friends with Him.
