How do I get my ex-wife to leave my house

Talk to her about and let her know that she needs to move out as you are now divorced.

if she still refuses to leave, maybe call the cops and get them involved as she would be considered trespassing.

If u got the the house, it should be in the agreement, she & her stuff must be gone in 30 days, or her prop becomes your prop, & she is trespassing.

Give her a thirty day notice. If she does not move out then you can go to court and tell the judge you got a divorce and you both agreed she would move out in two months. Tell her that you want to part on good terms but that she agreed to move out in two months and you need the space so you can move on. If that does not work then proceed with the 30 day noyice.

Was it in the divorce papers stating that she only had 2 months to move out? If it was in the legal documents and she has not moved out yet, then call your local law enforcement and have her tresspassed out of your home. You have the documents stating that it is your home, so she is in violation of the court order.
