He does not love you and you don't love him. You only have a crush on him. People your age do not understand what love is all about, you just feel a compulsion to make other people believe you are good enough to have a partner interested in you.

Stop worrying so much about "love" and just be friends. There's nothing wrong with just being "friends" and that can lead to love years later if you remain friends that long. Chances are though in a year or two you won't even remember this person.

Hey girl, I have been there and if he does not love you now he never will.yeah, i could say you could come on to him or date onther guy to make him jealous or even try to look cute but even if he one day does show some interest and your guys hook up that does not mean it will work out and then you lose your friend.guys are easy. i know your his friend so how does he act when he dose like someone?does he ask them out? It is hard to know what is really going on here because you are doing all the acting and he is only reacting. If you want to know how that guy really feel, then you will have to put out your lights and see if he is going to take any action. You have shown him that you like him, so he feels he has no work. My final advice, stay active in his life as a "friend" but withdraw and concentrate on excelling in something that you are truely passionate about. If there is any love in him, it will come out then.
