I need some advice on a court matter concerning my granddaughter
My daughter is in a violent relationship with her boyfriend there are several police reports about situatuins that happen. i have landlords statements about this behavior, i have witness,that can verify the fighting,i have talked to my granddaughter law guardian,and she says i need a lawyer to present my case, thanks to my other daughter i am financially in debt.i live from day to day. i feel that my grandaughter is being punish for wanting to be with me. my husband and i have been taking care of this child 5out of 6years.her mother won"t let her call us or come to see us when she has her,my granddaughter cries and says she does not want to go to mommy house. there are witness to this also.my daughter also needs help, we went to court on feb.25 and she purger herself. i can also prove this please repond, i
me running out of options, i am afraid that she is being punish for wanting to be with us instead of her mother

My granddaughter cries all the time, she says she doesn't want to go to mommy house. she says that mommy and timmy yells at her and tells her to stop crying. tthis little girl needs someone to help her, i have called her law guardian and reported this to her. no response yet. i have more police reports coming from the state troopeers. they should be here this week. last thursday when i was going to work i met my daughters boyfriend,when he saw it was me he peeled out throwing gravel all over, then i seen him again at lunch,and he swerved toward me to scare me. i eported this to the police department. they were going to talk to him. we'll see where that goes. my daughter is off the deep end.something has to be done soon,this little girl is very afraid to goe to her own mothers house. i ask myself why but can only come up with her have her scared out of her wits. i took her to school today, she begged me to take her to daddy she didn't want to go to school because mommy would be picking her up. she got sick in school had to go to the nurse she said she had a headache, the nurse called she couldn't find the mom once again. the nurse called the dad but he was working out of town and couldn't get her. i really need help putting this together for court on may1. i can't get a lawyer unless i have 1200. by then there no way i can do this. i feel like i can't help my hands are tied. i have done everything i could think of to help this little girl. please help me to help her. thanks bonnie
