Carmen Electra has a series of striper videos for anyone. They are Aerobic Striptease videos (sorry boys she doesn't really get naked). But she teaches some strategic moves that you can learn in the privacy of your own home and practice while your boyfriend is away.

You can also take classes, yes at a real dance studio in pole dancing. These studios are set up for average women, of all shapes and sizes, not to train strippers but to increase body image and teach some pole techniques.

seems like it must be, it is all the rage lately.

I second the carmen electric tapes. A friend of mine loves them and she gets a good work out and has something to show her boyfriend later.

They do offer striptease areobic classes in certain cities. Another thing my friend is into is belly dancing. She also applies that to her strip tease routines.
