In Pennsylvania, can you remarry before a divorce is final?

I want to marry my girlfriend soon but my divorce isn't finalized.

Really? This is the USA in no state can you legally marry without being divorced.

Yup, considered polygamy. Think fiance could be a rebound? It's a bad idea to get married before the press on the divorce papers even cools - but that's America, it's your choice :)

You must be divorced 1st, but I would take Jodi's advice, sure sounds like a rebound to me.
