Of course. times change. people change. your thoughts and feelings about people change. what you are focusing on in that person can change.
It is very possible to date someone, and not have them be the one for you (at that time). break up, and time later months or years, when all of a sudden, you changed, or they changed or your values changed, where they now match up with your ideal is.
Just be cautious though, you did lose your virginity to this person. There can be other associated emotions with that, about wanting to date the one you lost to and all that. Make sure you are going into it for the right reasons and the problems as to why you broke it off the first time are resolved.
