No he knows that he is cooler than me he is the third popular kids or boys in my school and i am the 5thand he know what should i do

So what if he's cool, so are you and I'll bet if you talked to him and found out what your similar interests are, then you can get the ball rolling. Does he like any bands you like or movies? Do you skate? Does he play sports or in any clubs you are in?

Being cool or popular is very temporary and as you get older, you realize people are cool for more than if they drive a nice car (thanks dad) or wear certain clothes. People that date for having similar interests are people that really have fun together.

No we haven't talked to each other but he make me laugh all the time and yes we are friends but i want to be more than that with him he is so cute

Why would he go to the bottom of the popular list if he dates you? he is number 3, nearly king of the school. If you are 5th, that isn't to bad.

what if you convinced your friends and your school, you really are 1, 2 or third most popular girl in your school. then he could date you right?
