I actually don't look at guys as being hot and sexy, as I am a straight male. However, if they are better looking than most, I would take notice of that - not in a sexual way, just in an observatory way.
I'm sure most women would like hot and sexy guys, though.

Heck yes! lol The only unfortunate thing with that is they usually end up being the one that it goes nowhere with! If your looking for a relationship you need to look beyond how "hot or sexy" he or she is and look at who they are inside. That is the sexiest thing you will ever find in someone!
