You dont really need one. irreconcilable differences. thats it. if u overcomplicate and start accusing it will drag it out and cost u more money. try to keep it civil and fair. that is ur best bet. believe me!
A no fault devorice is the cheapest and best/////. Grounds for devorice -= abuse and crulity go along way if you can prove it.
Grounds for divorce vary for each couple. If you are not happy in the relationship, legally speaking, you can end the marriage. As for grounds for divorce in religion, well....it all depends upon what your faith is. Marriage is something that is all too often entered into too lightly. It is a life committment. Divorce, is merely the legal way of breaking up.
You don't truly need "grounds" for a divorce.
I'd say physical abuse, mental abuse, hitting my children, any type of abuse to my children, if they became satanic, or if they asked for one.
