You should go get him. Then file for sole custody. It is obvious she is immoral and will instill such morals to a young boy. She is teaching him that a woman is nothing less than a whore, and that just using a woman for sex is the right thing to do. The boyfriend is there to get the "cow" for free, and not commit to anything more than fun. If you are still single, you must not bring women into his life either, but teach him how to be a man, and yes it starts at that early age. The mimick what they see. Thank you for doing the right thing.

Yes, you should go get your son, and you should file for sole custody of him. Children learn what they see, and what she is teaching him is immoral. Your boy needs to learn what a MAN can teach him, and who better to do that than his father? While you are raising him, you too, should not bring women into his life. When your son was born, HE became number one, not you nor your ex-wife. Raise him to be a man and respect women.

You should file in court for full custody of the child. You may or may not win. Realistically speaking, there is no significant difference between what goes on with a woman and her boyfriend and what goes on between a woman and her husband (except that it's probably better with the boyfriend - more exciting). The fact that the boyfriend is married has no bearing in this day and age. Adultery is not prosecuted in most states any more. If it were, the jails would overflow with politicians.

Unless you can prove your wife and her boyfriend are boinking each other in front of the child, you won't have a case. If you just go and pick up the child without a legal document, you will be charged with kidnapping.

I suspect you're faking concern over the child because you're really jealous over your ex-wife being with another man. Get on with your life. Morality is no longer a viable issue in our society. If you don't believe that, start watching television.
