Yes, you can test positive if you touch it with your fingers. If it enters your system in any way it will show up on a drug test.

If someone mixes cocaine powder in your food and you consume the food then the cocaine will enter your bloodstream. Cocaine is excreted in the urine and therefore will show up in a urine drugs test.
