Spring break

If you have visitation ordered though the court you both have to follow that order.If his visitation follows a week before spring break than yes he would get that week and the week of spring break. It is not stated that the two of you cannot change your visits if you both agree. My son and his ex always exchanges days here and there exspecially if something comes up like the kids wanting to go to a birthday party on the date of the visitation. They even share time with birthdays. He may have them part of the day and her in the afternoon. I think it has alot to do with your relationship with your ex. If your husband is not willing to give up his visitation there is nothing you can do. You might want to give your child a birthday party before he goes or when he returns he then will have to and thats always fun for them gives him something to look forward to when he gets home.
