What are fun summer activities for kids?

Well depending on the ages of the children and where you are located there are many things you can do! You can look into your local community centers for some day camps which will have some arts and crafts as well as some sporting activities. They should also have info about what spors that will be having during summer i.e. baseball, football, basketball or any other aport offered. If you have a local community pool they often times have swimming events they hold on certain days. Going for walks/hikes may also be fun depending on the ages of the kids.

The beach is always a great time. Kickball at a park is fun too! Going out on a boat, jet skiing, tubing, swimming, kayaking, camping and fishing. Sitting by a campfire roasting marshmellows sound fun! Finally, going fishing, a bike ride or rollerskating are all great summer activities.

Setting up a lemonade stand, having a garage sale to sell their old toys, having a neighborhood bicycle parade (everyone decorate their bicycles), making popsicles in the freezer, catching fireflies, finding shapes in clouds, twirling in the grass until you fall down.

You should see if there is a summer camp near you. Where i lived the lake by us had a fun summer camp which took the kids on trips and they would have activites at the lake. Kids loved it. Also some colleges would have different lil classes like how to make robots or painting etc for young kids.
