First thing first. They all need to know you are pregnant.Nothing will happen to your boyfriend at the hospital, you both made this baby willingly,he did not rape you.You have parents to worry about you and if they are o.k.with the fact that you are sleeping with your boyfriend at this age than what law can harm him?
Be very careful Remember in some state even though you both agreed, there maybe a age requirement for a LEGAL age of consent and he may legally charged.
Your parents can press charges on him for sleeping with a minor, HOWEVER, if they knew of the relationship- your BF would get a slap on the wrist, totally no big deal ( I was in your shoes), and knowing a baby is on the way, everything will be ok. it will work out...the families will pull together.
Let me be the first to say CONGRATS! good luck honey, but your life will NEVER be the same and you will miss out on ALOT! I love my boys, but i still look back and have regrets...
No nothing will happen to him as long as you are both the legal age to have sex
even though you are scared you should still tell your parents or someone close to you because you are of such a young age you are going to be scared and you need someone there to help you i hope this helps you
I guess it could be considered statutorial rape even though it was not without your consent because he is technically an adult and you are still a minor. However, I doubt anything will happen to him unless your parents are absolutely outraged and want to take it out on him. If they do not press charges then it is usually not a big deal, especially since you two are pretty close in age (if you were thirteen I'm sure it would be a big deal). Just explain to your parents if they are upset that you know it is your responsibility to take care of your baby, and that you will need his support and for him to stay around and be a father. No matter how mad your parents may be (in many cases, your parents will be more understanding than you expect), they will probably want their grandchild to have a father.
