Is it possible that Im pregnant?

I have missed my period, about 4 days late. I took a HPT and it came back negative. I have nausea, lower back pain, clear discharge, and have been really tired lately. With all that said, my husband had a vasectomy 3 years ago, but didn't go back to be checked... is it still possible I could be pregnant?

I am having the same issues. My main concern is the back pain, because it is getting worse. Hubby had vasectomy 2-1/2 years ago. My period is 12 days late, but i have been spotting for three days now. What is up with that. 14 negative HPTs. LOL! I am neurotic. I even went to the ER for the back pain (thinking kidney infection?) but it turned out I had super clean pee. So now, I am still having back pain, spotting, and late period and negative tests. If I am PG, this is SO unlike my other two pregnancies by leaps and bounds! Did you end up being pregnant?! What happened?
