Traditionally the best has been thought to be the woman on her back with knees raised right after intercourse. Also timing is important: Best time at ovulation after taking temperature which should be slightly elevated, 14th -15th day of cycle.

Positions do not matter, it is the time of month that makes the difference.

It is recommended that the woman lays flat on her back with her legs up towards the ceiling allowing the sperm to sit on her cervix. A pillow under her lower back helps to keep her hips up.Try to stay in this position for a few minutes after your partner ejaculates allowing more sperm to swim up.

Different sexual position:

• The missionary position, or man-on-top,

• Elevating the hips, this can be done by placing a pillow behind her

Honestly... NO. There is no specific sex position that will help you get pregnant. Anyone who says their is, is only speculating. Sperm does not need you to stand on your head...and the human body does not need any assistance to make a baby (except situations like intertility, etc).

Unprotected sex + no medical conditions, will = baby. When you quit trying, it will happen.

Legs over shoulder worked for me in then as a second Elevating the hips, this can be done by placing a pillow underneath your lower back
