Foremost is a missed period! Symptoms can vary from woman to woman and even be different with each pregnancy in the same woman. SOme other symptoms that you may or may not get are: extreme tiredness, sore boobs, ravenous hunger or queasiness.

You can still have a period while pregnant .. but its not actually a period its similar called implantation bleeding,,
