Where does a person file to be representative/executor for his father. His father died without a will, was living in Maryland until his brother moved him to west virginia so he could be cared for two weeks before he died. His possessions and bank are in maryland.

Then your Father died "in Testate" (without a will). You can file the petition with an attorney. Everything
will be split evenly with all remaining children/current wife after all debts of his estate are paid.
