Same sex relationship palimony rights

I've been in a 10 yr relationship with my partner. We deceided to have a child and she was the biological mother. I became the primary stay at home (quit my teaching job of 19yrs) mother to raise our child. She changed her last name to mine so our child would have same name as parents. I legally adopted our child at birth. We have a will naming each other as benificarys so our child will be protected. 4 yrs ago our child became a special need child (boating accident). My partner cheated on me and is now in a relationship with another woman. What are my palimony rights? I live in Atlanta, Georgia. There is no dispute that i will remain the primary care taker for our child.
