Do men prefer real or fake boobs?

Most of the time, real. Once in a while you'll see a woman who found a really good surgeon. The best seem to be done by a reconstruction specialist.

Nowadays plastic surgery has improved greatly to give plastic boobs a more realistic feel. I prefer the real deal myself.

Boobs are boobs, so men are happy to see them. But real ones are much nicer to play with and even look at if they are shaped well. Since I look at boobs all day, I say keep them natural, cause the fake ones look bad when they get busy!
