Kind of an odd request on a public forum but...whatever you use whether it's an anvil or a big fishing weight, the process is slow, painful and you have to be comfortable with the weights all day for several days. Remember anatomy 101. The testicles are supported by elastic muscles in the sac not by the sac itself. You might also want to remember that the vas (tube) from the testicle to the penis is only so long and stretching it could permanently damage them but if "low loose and full of juice" is how you want to be known, then by all means knock your socks off.
