Adultry is adultry when one is married and I know of no state where the law states different. Sorry to hear this but in order to prove this you need witnesses or better yet contact your divorce lawyer and tell him your belief and see what can be done to help your case. I know what you are going through, it happened to me, but it was the 'x' wife. But it doesnt matter, its wrong and there is no justification that can be said as to why, in my opinion. Good luck. I hope there are no children here because its going to be hard on them if there are. But you must always tell them its not their fault thins didnt work out. There are agencies out there thta can help with this.
