You have to take a chance in life if you ever want something , next time she says Hi say hi back and start a conversation, get to know her, maybe there will be a spark for her too, invite her on you My space or Facebook, see if she shows up, then take it from there....

I noo but like.. this is a normal convo with me and her. Hey, hey whats up.. nmu... nm.. nothing really exciting.. any tips, advice or anything! i can never talk when im around her its prettty embarrasing.

I don't know about My space or Facebook. I think its about REAL life and not the virtual world where everyone can hide. For sure it won't solve your problems to open a conversation face to face.
The problem all shy people face is this: the people you are trying to talk to think you don't like them.
The question is are you shy in general or just if this girl is around?
There are many ways to open a conversation.
At the best you could react on something you saw her doing, like sports, arts, in your classes etc.
If she is in 4 of your classes is there not anything you could asked her about?
If you don't know anything, just say how it is. Wait until the right moment, when she is by herself. Tell her you would like to get to know her better but are just to nervous to say anything..... Change your weakness into a strength by confessing it. Girls/women like that. If she is a nice girl she will like it too.
