Does she love me?

Ummmm....how about some more information about her?

I'm thinking if you even have to ask this question, there is a reason for your doubts. What has she done to make you doubt her love for you? You need to sit down and have a long talk, tell her which of her actions, words, etc. are making you doubt the sincerity of her love, explain that you need to be re-assured. If she gives you the re-assurance you need and if she makes efforts to change the behaviors that have caused you to doubt her love, then you can assume she probably loves you, or at least she needs/wants you in her life at this point. If however, she does nothing to change then perhaps you should move on. When you really truly love someone, you will be willing to show that person how you feel by your actions.
