Yeah, simple, if people (men and women) are'nt upfront with you, their eyes look down and to the left when speaking to you. A person cannot make eye contact with another peron and lie to them unless they're pathological.

Yeah, simple, if people (men and women) are'nt upfront with you, their eyes look down and to the left when speaking to you. A person cannot make eye contact with another peron and lie to them unless they're pathological.
They won't make much conversation with you because they will avoid current conversations that might involve telling the truth

How do you know when boys are lying? There lips are moving!
But seriously, when the person looks down and/or to the left, they are accessing memory in the brain so they are telling you the truth... when they shift to the right or look up, they are being creative with the memory so they are probably adding or subtracting from the real story.
Also, when someone looks at you in the face while speaking and they are lying, they will close their mouths tighter than normal after speaking and their body language will be different than normal.

There are ways to help you know if people are lying such as eye movement, sweating, stuttering and such. But without being a trained professional so of these are hard to pick up on. Also people that are good at lying can often times keep these signs from showing, or showing very much.
