I love him but i'm confused at the same time

Do you think that he would? Is there something wrong in the relationship?

I'm not sure how old you are, but perhaps you just aren't ready to be into a long-term relationship with this guy quite yet. Perhaps you feel like you're a little young to stay with him for a while, and you still want to see what other options you have. This is completely fine, and just make sure to let him go nicely if that's the case. The worst thing that could happen is that you go out with him for a really long time, and then decide you don't really want to be in a long-term relationship anymore.

If that's not the case, perhaps you just don't have 100% trust with him. Only you know the reason, but perhaps this is something you should talk to him about. I find its best to have very good communication with your partner, and don't keep secrets or worries from them whenever possible. If you do, it seems to eat away at you, and it just gets worse, and more stressful the longer you keep it in. Just tell him how you feel, and you two will probably be alright.

What are you confused about? You have to think first if you are ready for a long term relationship just think about what you want. If you seem to be in a gray area where you just need a breather to figure things out.
