There are several factors to consider, You could list some of this stuff for better advise.

For starters if you fiished high school? You could go to college. You could actualy go online. This way you could stay at home with your children and would not have to worry about the daycare.
When you go to school online, you can apply for all sorts of grants and loans. Yes, you do or will eventualy have to pay the loans back. But meanwhile, you will be getting and education and income. When you finish you wil have 6 months before you have to start paying the loans back. You will be able to obtain a wonderful career by that time and take excellent care of your beautiful children

Perhaps you could consider a career online. Working online means you do not have to pay nursery costs to look after your children. Online there are many things you can do such as freelance writing. There are many writing sites to get you started such as Helium which is great for beginners trying to start a career in freelance writing. Alternatively you could start a free blog using blogger.com, and place google ads on it, as you are using webanswers I assume you have a google adsense account. If writing is not your thing there are also online job sites such as getafreelancer and elance where you can search for online jobs on a variety of niches.

Make sure your getting child support for your kids. You don't have to contact the biological father. Contact your state child support agency, file for the support with the state. The state will pay you and they (the state) will get their money from the father. I suggest dialing 411 and ask the operator for the child support office nearest you. It's usually an 800 number so don't put it off. After that, Money management classes at a community college because with four kids at 21, your kids can't be older than 11 years of age and you'll be getting a steady, not huge, but a good amount and will need to know how to manage it. While at the college, which is free for many low income single moms, study typing, get at least 40 words per minute, get your certificate for this, and look for a job to add to your income. You can do well. It will take a little work, but think of it like a job, you will be getting paid! Have fun with your kids, this will also make you feel rich!

Do you want to work for the money? OR Do you want to find avenues to have it handed to you?
If you want to work for the money, then stop having kids and get a job. Whether it's outside the home or inside the home, just do it. Then stick to a family budget.
If you dont want to work for it but would rather have it handed to you, then I dont know what to tell you. Maybe find a rich man to marry and take care of you? Nothings for free.
I'm a single mom of 3 kids (16, 11, & 4), I work a full time job, go to school full time, and I have money problems too, but I'm strict on finances and family budget.
