Can't give up the "Guys" and "Drinking"?

He has been separated for 1+ yrs and not divorcing until last child leaves home(2yrs)...we fell in love and Our problem is he cannot give up his "comfortable lifestyle" he says he created from his distant Marriage.....
He only want 3-4 days a week with me and I basically am a fill-in when He wants, and has time for.....Drinks too much and hangs with Guys to fill emptiness....but HERE I am...and he still gives "piece meal" time to our relationship....I do not like sharing my days, waiting all the time, and the quality is very poor....am I the fool?

I fell madly In Love, and he says the same...but never proves it...late night visits and stays......we never go out anywhere? sees the guys more than me?

I DO know your answers....but I need to hear them...please?

You are writing to confirm what you already know. You are too good for late night booty calls and crumbs he wants to toss your way. cut your losses. go to the local court hourse and read the dirt on his divorce. why did "she " file? Make a promise to yourself today. You will not be second best! You deserve to be some ones number 1.

Change your number, join the gym and show him you are not going to settle for his bad behavior. You are treated the way you allow others to treat you.

I believe you are better then that...and so do you!

good luck!

You may be in love, only he is not in love. Ask youself (what do i love about this guy) is it his drinking and the fact that he does not love me or do i enjoy being the fool?

Baby if things haven't chaned for the better in all of this time they never will. He is using his kids as an excuse to keep from having to commit to you, and in two years when they are grown he'll find another excuse and on and on it will go untill you put a stop to it. I have been there too and the promises are never kept, and the time together fades away. He is probably seeing other women too and I bet you sit at home and wait for him to call or come around while he is out doing whatever it is he wants. no life for you is what he wants. If you are pining away at home he doesn't have to worry about you catching him at whatever he is up to and if when he is with you you stay closed up in the house, he doesn't have to worry about anyone else catching him either. Does he put his car out where it can be seen or where no one will know he is with you? Cut him loose baby! get on with your life. Don't hang on to him when there are a dozen GOOD men out there looking for the good woman I am sure you are. Good men that wiil treat you with respect and love you back! Good luck.

TTB,

He is going thru male menopause you know it.

He hangs with the guys, can bed a teen girl and of course he is totally hot and young himself.

The added baggage he is free from a relationship.

You will not fill the void.

Long as you let him he will hang around, he does not have to spend any money on you, he does not take you out, its a dead end for you, don't get mad, don't cry, just move on its a lesson learned don't go out with married men its a headache and heartbreak. Just be glad you can move on , LIFE goes on, set your standards for what you want in a man, if the can't meet them, move on.

He may say he is gonna divorce after the 2yrs, but if he don't want to spend time with you now it wont change in the future. I suggest you look up Mimmi Tanner, she has letters that she post on relationships like yours. I get her articles everyday an have a special folder just for them. Don't sit around an wait on him, get out an do things maybe when he sees you are not going to just sit an wait he will either spend more time with you or it will not change an if it doesn't let the bird fly you deserve better. Good luck
