As far as I can tell, yes that is a very good indication. With my girlfriend this is especially true.

It is a natural reaction, but also an involuntary reaction. It would happen if she is turned on or not. It is the stimulation that causes the secretions, not how good it makes her feel.

There is always a little moisture there anyway, but yes usually it is pretty safe to say she is turned on.

It is not a SURE sign necessarily that she is feeling turned on. A woman is more lubricated at certain times in her cycle than at other times even when she is not engaged in sexual activity.
