We need more information. Are you on birth control ? A common problem amongst women with these symptoms is ovarian cyst.

It could be kidney stones. I have had them in the past and this is how I feel when a stone is beginning to past and it only gets worse. It may also be a kidney or urinary tract infection. Any of these will need to be treated by a doctor. I hope you get to feeling better soon.
