What does this mean when a man says this?

Probably you look like you are always happy.Your eyes must look like that when you are laughing even when you are not.Some people I 've seen with eyes like that ,and it puzzeld me,how do they look like when they are mad? Anyways,that is a good compliment,if you do have eyes like that for real.I thought people like that are happier,for some reason.They always seemed happy.

I always tell my husband that. That is what I love most about him Its that whe he smiles its as if his eyes smile as well. His smile is so sincere you see it in his eyes. People smile and you can tell they might just be facking it and there not really happy. I think thats a beautiful comment
