Grounds for annumlement include:
1) Spouse married to someone else
2) Spouse too young to be married without parental consent
3) Spouse under influence of drugs or alcohol at time of marriage
4) Spouse is mentally incompetent
5) Consent to marriage was based on fraud or force
6) Spouse physically incapable to be married (unable to have sex)
7) Marriage prohibited by law (1st and 2nd cousins)
8) Prisoners sentenced to life may not marry
9) Concealment of drug addiction, std, etc.
So I don't think you will qualify for that, but an uncontested divorce where there are no splitting of assets, etc. will be much less expensive than when you have many hearings, and lawyers involved. The cost is different in every county, I think around $200 - $300, but you can call your county clerk and they can tell you.
Sorry to hear about your situation and I wish you the best of luck in the next go-around!

He failed to reveal that he supports his mom and his 25 yr old daughter to the tune of $550/month (hmm...no wonder we're struggling to pay or bills)
I consider that concealment. Whether that fits into a technical definition, I don't care. I'll settle for divorce. This was my second try at marriage. I think I'll just meditate! Thanks for your help. I'll call the county clerk. You've been terrific - are you a lawyer?
